What are your store hours?
We are open Mon – Thu: 9am – 10pm, Fri – Sat: 9am – 11pm, and Sun: 9am – 9pm. We're here to serve you 7 days a week!
Do I need a medical marijuana card to purchase?
No! Simply Green is a licensed recreational (adult-use) cannabis dispensary. Anyone 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID can purchase from us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and Dutchie Pay. Federal banking regulations prevent us from accepting credit cards at this time.
Can I order online for pickup?
Yes! You can browse our menu and place an order online for convenient in-store pickup. There's no minimum order required for pickup.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently, we offer in-store pickup at our Coram location. We're exploring delivery options for the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
What products do you carry?
We carry a wide selection of cannabis products including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, vapes, topicals, tinctures, and accessories. You will also find vintage band tees, hippie apparel, candles, soaps, and collectibles up front.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. All products at Simply Green are rigorously tested by certified New York laboratories for purity, potency, and safety before they reach our shelves.
What is CAURD?
CAURD stands for Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary. It's New York State's licensing program for recreational cannabis retailers. Simply Green is a fully licensed CAURD dispensary (License: CAURD-25-000295).
Can I consume cannabis products on-site?
No, on-site consumption is not permitted at our dispensary. All cannabis products must be consumed off-site in accordance with New York State law.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cannabis products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with a product, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.
I have never been to a dispensary before. Will your staff help me?
Yes. Our budtenders specialize in first-time guidance. They will spend 20 minutes teaching you about strains, terpenes, and consumption methods with zero pressure. Customers tell us they leave feeling informed and comfortable, not overwhelmed.
